2-1427.   Rules and regulations; enforcement ofact.The secretary of agriculture is hereby empowered tomake and publishsuch rules and regulations after public hearing as it may deem necessary tocarry into effect the full intent and meaning of chapter 2, article 14, ofthe Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendmentsthereto, and the secretary is hereby empowered to enforce the provisions ofthis act and the rules and regulations promulgated by thesecretary ofagriculture.
