2-1431. Agency for certification of specified crop.
The Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science shall
designate not more than one agency for the certification of any one
specified crop within the state of Kansas. No certification, within the
provisions of this act shall be made except by or on the authority of said
Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science.
