2-1431.   Agency for certification of specified crop.The Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science shalldesignate not more than one agency for the certification of any onespecified crop within the state of Kansas. No certification, within theprovisions of this act shall be made except by or on the authority of saidKansas state university of agriculture and applied science.
