2-1432.   Certification in other states recognized.The agency or agencies designated by the Kansas state university ofagriculture and applied science may recognize the certification ofofficially authorized certifying agencies in states and territories otherthan Kansas and in countries, provinces, and territories other than thoseunder the jurisdiction of the United States government.
