2-1433.   Annual permits.The authority of any agency or agencies to issue, make, use or circulateany certificate or evidence of certification as defined in this act shallbe indicated by a permit signed by an authorized representative of theKansas state university of agriculture and applied science. Such permitshall be issued annually and shall become null and void at the expirationof one year after date of issue. Renewal of the permit shall be at thediscretion of the Kansas state university of agriculture and appliedscience.
