2-1437.   Investigations and prosecutions.The agency or agencies designated by the Kansas state university ofagriculture and applied science may call upon thesecretary ofagriculture to investigate or aid in the investigation and prosecution ofany violations of this act. Thesecretary ofagriculture may on the secretary's own initiative investigateand prosecute any violations of the provisions of this act.
