2-1901.   Title to act; "soil conservation district" defined.This act may be known and cited as the conservation districts law. Allsoil conservation districts now formed and hereafter formed shall beconservation districts, and wherever in the name of such districts thewords, "soil conservation district" appears the same is hereby changed to"conservation district." Whenever in the statutes of this state the term"soil conservation district" shall appear, the reference shall be deemed tobe "conservation district."
