Article 19.--CONSERVATION DISTRICTS

      2-1914.   Publicly owned lands.Agencies of this state [which] shall have jurisdiction over, or becharged with the administration of, any state-owned lands, and of anycounty, or other governmental subdivision of the state, which shall havejurisdiction over, or be charged with the administration of, anycounty-owned or other publicly owned lands, lying within the boundaries ofany district organized hereunder, shall cooperate to the fullest extentwith the supervisors of such districts in the effectuation of programs andoperations undertaken by the supervisors under the provisions of this act.The supervisors of such districts shall be given free access to enter andperform work upon such publicly owned lands. The provisions of land-useregulations adopted pursuant to K.S.A. 2-1909 shall have the force andeffect of law over all such publicly owned lands, and shall be in allrespects observed by the agencies administering such lands.
