2-1932.   Expenditures during FY 2007; preparationof program for retirement of water rights for submission to legislativecommittees.(a) During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, noexpenditures shall be made for the conservation reserve enhancement programunless authorized by the 2007 session of the legislature.

      (b)   The state conservation commission and Kansas water office shall prepare aprogramfor the retirement of water rights under the conservation reserve enhancementprogram to be submitted to the senate committee on natural resources and thehouse committee on environment during the 2007 regular session prior toexpenditure of any funds for such program.
