2-202a.   Same; listing for taxation.The state fair board shall on or before April 1 each year, filein the office of the countyassessor of Reno county, Kansas, a list of all persons or firms havingproperty stored on the fairgrounds, or in the buildings located thereon, asof the date applicable for the assessment of property for purposes oftaxation, last preceding, except that the state ofKansas or any of its agencies shall not be included in the list.
