2-202b.   Same; razing, repair, maintenance or remodeling of framebuildings.The state fair board may raze any framebuilding located on the state fairgrounds, or portion of same, when itis deemed by the board unsafe, obsolete or of not sufficientuse to justify maintenance. The board may repair, maintain orremodel any frame building or buildings, located on the state fairgroundsas it deems necessary.
