2-205b.   Same; fair attractions; livestock feed and bedding;advertising media.The state fair board is authorized to selectand contract for afternoon and evening grandstand attractions, and groundsattractions and shows. Copies of all suchcontracts shall be sent by the state fairboard to the department of administration for process purposes. Thestate fair board is authorized to select andpurchase livestock feed, livestock bedding and advertising media,including but not by way of limitation the following: Newspaperadvertising, magazine advertising, outdoor billboards, radio, television,bumper signs, window cards, pencils and calendars, all withoutapproval from the department of administration, but with purchaserequisitions or purchase order vouchers, to be submitted to thedirector of purchases for processing purposes.
