Article 2.--STATE FAIR

      2-216.   Admission charges for state fair at Hutchinson; refunds;disposition of fees collected.The state fair board annuallyshall establish and collect admission charges for access and admissionsentrances for persons attending the annual state fair at Hutchinson. Noperson except authorized employees of the state fair board, childrenunder the age of six years and such exhibitors or participants inactivities as the board shall specifically provide for, shall be authorizedto enter the state fairgrounds and buildings unless such person exhibitsevidence that suchperson has paid the admission charge.

      The state fair board is further authorized to provide for therefunding of the admission charges to certain entrants, exhibitors,performers or participants in the activities at the fair if such partyhas evidence that such party should be exempted from thepayment of the charges.

      All fees received by the state fair boardin accordance with the provisions of this act shall be placed in therevolving fee fund the same as other moneys are placed therein under K.S.A.2-205 and amendments thereto.
