2-2007.   Soil drifting fund; creation; tax levy, useof proceeds; issuanceof warrants.Each board of county commissioners is authorized to create asoildrifting fund and levya tax against all taxable tangible property of the county to pay for the costofwork done, or hired to bedone, by the board of county commissioners and to pay a portion of theprincipaland interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, andamendments thereto, by cities located in the county.
