2-2009.   Federal cooperation.The secretary of agriculture is hereby made the agentof the state for the purpose of entering into any agreement with thefederal government, or any agency thereof, for cooperation in efforts toprevent soil erosion by wind storms, dust storms and anyplant or weed blowing produced thereby, and ishereby authorized to accept any money disbursed for that purpose by thefederal government, or any of its agencies, and to distribute such moneysamong the counties in accordance with the direction of the federalgovernment or its agency.
