2-2128.   Disposition of moneys received; entomologyfee fund.The secretary shall remit all moneys received by or for the secretaryunder article 21 of chapter 2 of Kansas Statutes Annotated, andamendmentsthereto, to the state treasurer in accordancewiththe provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeach suchremittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amountinthe state treasury to the credit ofthe entomology feefund. All expenditures from such fund shall be made in accordance withappropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reportsissued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretaryofagriculture or by a person or persons designated by the secretary.
