2-2139.   Same; application for assistance frominsurance fund.Within the meaning of Article VI(b) or VIII(a), a request orapplication for assistance from the insurance fund may be made by the secretaryof agriculture whenever in their judgment the conditions qualifying this statefor such assistance exist and it would be in the best interest of this state tomake such request.
