2-2140.   Same; credit of payments received bystate.The department, agency or officer expending or becoming liablefor an expenditure on account of a control or an eradication program undertakenor intensified pursuant to the compact shall have credited to an operating fundin the state treasury the amount or amounts of any payments made to this stateto defray the cost of such program, or any part thereof, or as reimbursementthereof.
