2-2212.   Disposition of moneys received; agriculturalchemical feefund.The secretary shall remit all moneys received by or for the secretaryunder article 22 of chapter 2 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, andamendments thereto, to the state treasurer inaccordance with K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeach such remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit theentire amountin the state treasury tothecredit of the agricultural chemical fee fund. All expenditures from suchfund shall bemade in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director ofaccounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretaryof agriculture or by a person or persons designatedbythe secretary.
