Article 23.--LABELING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

     
2-2306.   Administration and enforcement.
The secretary of
agriculture shall be
charged with the administration and enforcement of the provisions of article 23
of chapter 2 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and
amendments thereto.
