2-2439.   Administration of act; rules and regulations.The secretary is hereby authorized and empowered to administer and enforcethe provisions of this act. The secretary is authorized to promulgate rulesand regulations designating certain pesticides as restricted use pesticides.

      The secretary shall have the authority, by rules andregulations,to make any additional changes in the classification of restricted usepesticides.
