2-2440d. Same; fees.
(a) The fee for registration of each registered pest control
technician shall be paid by the pesticide business licensee employing the
registered pest control technician. The registration shall inure to the
benefit of the pesticide business licensee and shall not be transferable.
(b) This section shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 1988.
