2-2440d.   Same; fees.(a) The fee for registration of each registered pest controltechnician shall be paid by the pesticide business licensee employing theregistered pest control technician. The registration shall inure to thebenefit of the pesticide business licensee and shall not be transferable.

      (b)   This section shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 1988.
