2-2450.   Suspension of pesticide business license forfailure to employ certified commercial applicator or to have surety bond,liabilityinsurance, letter of credit or escrow account.(a) If the surety bond, certificate of liability insurance, letter ofcredit or proof of an escrow account previously furnishedbythe licensee expires or is canceled or terminated, the secretary shallsuspendwithout a hearing the pesticide business license until an acceptablesubstitute surety bond, letter of credit, proof of an escrow account orcertificate establishing acceptable replacement ofliability insurance is supplied.

      (b)   If the pesticide business fails to employ one or more commercialapplicators certified in each category and subcategory in which the pesticidebusiness makes commercial pesticide applications, the secretary shall suspend,without a hearing, the pesticide business licensefor that category until the pesticide businessemploys a commercial applicator with the appropriate certification.
