2-2451.   Hearing prior to denial, suspension or revocation of license,registration or certification.Before any pesticide business license, governmental registration or anapplicator'scertificate shall be revoked, denied renewal or modified, or before itshall be suspendedfor any cause other than termination of surety bond, liabilityinsurancecoverage, letter of credit or proof of an escrow account, the secretaryshall inform the licensee, registrant or holderof a certificate of the date and place of hearing upon suchproposedrevocation,denial, modification or suspension. The hearing shall be conducted inaccordance withthe provisions ofthe Kansas administrative procedure act.
