2-2461.   Penalties; injunction.(a) Any person other than a certified private applicator violating or failingto comply with any provision of this act or any authorized rule or regulationof the secretary shall be deemed guilty of a class Amisdemeanor.Each separate violation shall constitute a separate offense.

      (b)   Any certified private applicator who violates any of the provisionsof this act or any authorized rules andregulations of the secretaryshall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punishedby a fine of not less than $100 andnot more than$500. Each day of operation afternotice shallconstitutea separate offense.

      (c)   The district courts of Kansas shall have jurisdiction to restrainviolations of this act by injunction without the institution of criminalproceedings. Said injunction shall be issued without bond.
