2-2465. Pest control operator's fee fund abolished; transfer of moneys.
All of the unencumbered moneys credited to the pest control operators' fee
fund, created by K.S.A. 2-2410 is hereby transferred to the pesticide use
fee fund, and the pest control operators' fee fund is hereby abolished.
