2-2471.   Rule and regulation authority to the secretary to limit pesticideuse.Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 2-2470, and amendments thereto,whenever the secretary deems it necessary to preserve the health, safety andwelfare orthe natural resources of the state, the secretary is hereby authorized topromulgate rules and regulations imposing limitations on the use of anypesticide.
