Article 24.--PEST CONTROL

      2-2475.   Temporary pesticide management areas; secretary authorization.Where, in the opinion of the secretary, a pesticide posesan imminent threat to the public health, safety and welfare or the naturalresources of this state the secretary is authorized to establish temporarypesticide management areas for a period not to exceed 90 days. The order ofdesignation of atemporary pesticide management area shall be in full force and effect uponentry in the records of the secretary and the secretary shall take allsteps reasonably necessary to disseminate the information of the order toall interested parties.
