2-2476.   Pesticide management area; order of designation.Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 2-2475, the order ofdesignation of a pesticide management area shall be in full force andeffect 60 days from the date of publication in the Kansas register unlessand until its operation shall be stayed by an appeal therefrom inaccordance with the provisions of the act for judicial review and civilenforcement of agency action. The secretary upon request shall deliver acopy of such order to any interested person who is affected by such order,and shall file a copy of the same with the register of deeds of any countywhich lies within such designated pesticide management area.
