2-2502.   Standards; tolerances.The standards of size and quality of graded eggs shall be thosepromulgated andadopted by the department as provided in article 5 ofchapter 74 of the KansasStatutes Annotated andamendments thereto.The tolerances for eggs in any container or bulk lot, as determined bycount, of the quality grades "Grade AA," "Grade A," and "Grade B," shallconform to the tolerances adopted by the department asprovided by statute.
