2-2504.   Enforcement of act; rules and regulations.(a) The secretary and inspectors under the supervision and control ofthesecretary shall enforce the provisions of this act. Thedepartment shall adoptsuch rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisionsof this act.

      (b)   Any authorized inspector or employee of thedepartment mayenter any place of business within the state where any eggs are held andmay take for inspection purposes representative samples of such eggs andcontainers for the purpose of determining whether or not any provisions ofthis act have been violated.

      (c)   Any authorized inspector or employee ofthe department, while enforcing the provisions of thisact, may seize and holdas evidence any eggs held to be in violation of any provisions of this act.
