2-2505.   Sampling of eggs; evidence.The department shall prescribe byrules and regulations methods of selecting samples oflots or containers of eggs that will fairly represent the entire lots orcontainerssampled. Any sample taken pursuant to this section oran official certificate of the grade shall be prima facie evidence, in anycourt in this state, of the true condition of the entire lot in the examinationof which such sample was taken.
