2-2506.   Penalties; injunctions.(a) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall beguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by afine of not less than $100, nor morethan $1,000, or by imprisonment in the countyjail for notmore than six months, or by both such imprisonment and fine.

      (b)   Thedistrict courts of Kansas shall have jurisdiction to enjoin violations ofthis act by injunction without the institution of criminal proceedings.
