2-2807.   Unregistered, unlabeled or misbranded soil amendments; stopsale, use or removal orders.The secretary may issue and enforce a written or printed "stop sale, useor removal" order to the owner or custodian of any lot of soil amendment,and to hold at a designated place when the secretary finds said soil amendmentis being offered or exposed for sale which is not registered, is not labeled,is misbranded or is adulterated, until such time as the product or labelingcomplies with this act. The soil amendment may then be released in writingby the secretary.
