2-2812.   Refusal to register products; revocation; hearing.The secretary shall refuse to register any product that does not complywith this act and the rules and regulations promulgated under this act.The secretary is also authorized and empowered to revoke any registrationupon satisfactory evidence that the registrant or any of his or her agentshas used fraudulent or deceptive practices except that registration shallnot be revoked until the registrant has been given an opportunity for ahearing in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
