2-2814.   Disposition of moneys; soil amendment feefund.The secretary shall remit all moneys received by or forthe secretary underthis act to the state treasurer in accordance withthe provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeach such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amountin the state treasury to the credit ofthe soil amendmentfee fund. All expenditures from such fund shall be made in accordance withappropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reportsissued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary of agriculture or by aperson or persons designated by thesecretary.
