2-2905.   Manufacturers of liming materials;registration; fee.Every manufacturer of liming materials to be distributed in this state shallon July 1 of each year, or prior to manufacture or distribution of such limingmaterials, register each manufacturing facility on a form furnished by thesecretary of agriculture, the application to be accompanied by a fee of $30,except that on andafter July 1, 2015, such application shall be accompanied by a fee of $25.Allsuch licenses shall expire on June 30 of the following year.
