2-304.   Payments out of tax-levy funds; transfer of unexpended balancesto general fund.All payments out of the funds provided for in this act, shall be made bythe county treasurer upon the written order of the association in charge ofsuch fair; each order to be signed by the president and attested by thesecretary, of such association. Any balance of such fund remaining in thehands of the county treasurer after the payment of the premiums hereinprovided for shall be annually transferred to the general fund of thecounty.
