2-3010.   Unlawful acts; penalties.Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of thisact shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall bepunished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor morethan five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment in the county jail fornot less than thirty (30) nor more than ninety (90) days, or by both suchfine and imprisonment.
