2-3315.   Chemigation fee fund;expenditures.The secretary shall remit all moneys received under this actto the state treasurer in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeach such remittance, thestate treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the statetreasuryto the credit of the chemigationfee fund. Allexpenditures from the chemigation fee fund shall be made in accordance withappropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reportsissued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary of agriculture or by aperson or persons designated by the secretary.
