2-3707.   Effect of late payment or default.Neither the state nor the state treasurer shall be liable toany eligible lendinginstitution in any manner for payment of the principal or interest on aremediation linked depositloan pursuant to K.S.A. 2-3701 through 2-3714, and amendmentsthereto. Any delay inpayments or default on the part of aneligible person doesnot in any manner affect the remediation linked deposit agreement between theeligible lendinginstitution and the state treasurer.
