2-626.   Same; duties of secretary of governing body; open records.(a) The secretary of the governing body of the extensiondistrictshall: (1) Record theproceedingsof all meetings of the governing body in books provided for thatpurpose within 20 days following the meeting; (2) prepare andsubmit to each meeting of the governing body a report on thework and activities of the extension district since the last meetingof the governing body; and (3) perform such other duties as areusually performed by secretaries and as may be prescribed by thegoverning body.

      (b)   The records of the secretary shall be open to publicinspection at all reasonable times.
