2-717.   Same; penalty.Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act, or actsamendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in the sum of not to exceedfive hundred dollars ($500) and costs.
