20-1a05.   Expenditures by supreme court.Expenditures of the supreme court shall be made in accordance withappropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reportsissued pursuant to vouchers approved by the chief justice of the supremecourt or by a person or persons designated by him, unless otherwiseprovided by law.
