20-1a05. Expenditures by supreme court.
Expenditures of the supreme court shall be made in accordance with
appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports
issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the chief justice of the supreme
court or by a person or persons designated by him, unless otherwise
provided by law.
