Article 1.--SUPREME COURT

      20-103.   Adjournments.If a majority of said court should not be in attendance on the first dayof the term, the clerk shall enter such fact on record, and the court shallstand adjourned till the succeeding day, and so from day to day for threedays; and if said court shall not be opened within three days, all matterspending therein shall stand continued until the next term, unless a specialterm be sooner ordered, and no action or matter shall abate or bediscontinued thereby.
