20-125.   Same; terms of office.The term of office of the chairperson of the commissionshall be for asmany years as there are, at the time of such chairperson'selection, congressionaldistricts in the state. Except for those appointed to fill vacancies all termsofoffice for members of the commission, elected orappointed,shall be for as many years as there are, at the time of their election orappointment, congressional districts in the state.
