20-135.   Same; appointments by chief justice, when.In the event of the failure of the governor to make the appointmentwithin sixty days from the time names of the nominees are submitted tohim, the chief justice of the supreme court shall make the appointmentfrom such nominees. Any change in names made pursuant to K.S.A. 20-134 shallconstitute a resubmission.
