20-138.   Same; compensation and expenses; expenses ofjudicial nominating commission members and clerk.The compensation and expenses of the supreme court nominatingcommission, the expenses of the members of a district judicial nominatingcommission and the compensation of the clerk, and clerk'sexpenses forsupplies, equipment, and clerical and other assistance necessary to carryout the provisions of this act, including official hospitality and anyexpenses and clericalassistance necessary to perform the clerk's duties withrespect to the nonpartisanselection of judges, shall be paid from available funds. The director ofaccountsand reports is herebyauthorized to draw warrantsfor the use and purposes specified in this section upon the presentation ofvouchers duly itemized and approved by the clerk of the supreme court.
