20-139.   Conferences of supreme court justices and certain judges;expenses.From time to time, the chief justice of the Kansas supreme court mayorder conferences of justices of the supreme court and judges of thedistrict court and court of appeals on matters relating to theadministration of justice. The actual and necessary expenses of thejustices of the supreme court and judges of the district court and courtof appeals incurred in connection with attending such conferences shallbe paid, subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 75-3216.
