20-152.   Judicial study advisory committee; appointment;expenses.The supreme court may appoint a judicial study advisory committee toassist in conducting the judicial study and survey and to makerecommendations to the judiciary and the legislature. The judicial studyadvisory committee shall be considered a regular committee of thejudicial council for the purpose of receiving per diem allowances.
