20-153.   Same; supplies, clerical assistance, contracts; duties ofjudicial administrator; staff services of coordinating council.The judicial council is authorized to procure such supplies and fixcompensation of such clerical and other assistance, and enter intocontracts for employment of such consulting and technical groups, as may benecessary to carry out the provisions of this resolution. Under directionof the supreme court, the judicial administrator shall participate in thejudicial survey and study and shall cooperate with the judicial council inthis project. Upon request of the chief justice, the legislativecoordinating council may make available such of the council's staffservices as may be necessary to assist the chief justice in the preparationof any legislation necessary to implement any recommended statutory changesresulting from the survey and study.
